Shipping agreed for your order
LimeDeck, s. r. o. sells and arranges delivery of Ivana Belianska's artworks. Contact [email protected] or telephone +421 944 346 269 with shipping questions.
Telephone support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 10:00 Bratislava local time, excluding public holidays in Slovakia.
We consider orders from Slovakia, other EU countries and destinations worldwide. Before you commit to buying, we confirm whether we can deliver to your address and agree the shipping arrangement by email.
Your offer states the shipping charge, any agreed free shipping, delivery address, shipping method, dispatch timing and delivery deadline. It also identifies tracking or insurance where included. We have no automatic free-shipping threshold or fixed worldwide shipping price.
Dispatch and delivery dates
Timing depends on the artwork, destination, packaging and any exhibition commitment. A commission also needs time for creation and agreed approvals. We disclose these factors and agree a realistic deadline before you accept the offer.
Unless we agree otherwise before the contract is made, consumer goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. A longer period, including for a commission or an artwork in an exhibition, must be expressly agreed. A dispatch date describes when we send the parcel; the delivery deadline describes when it should reach you.
A carrier's transit estimate does not change our responsibility for the agreed delivery obligation. If a delay occurs, we contact you to discuss the next steps. We do not change an agreed deadline without your agreement.
If we miss the agreed delivery deadline, your statutory rights remain available. These normally include allowing an appropriate additional delivery period and then ending the contract if delivery still does not occur. An additional period is not required where the law allows immediate termination, such as when we refuse delivery or an essential deadline was agreed. Where you lawfully end the contract for non-delivery, we refund the amounts due without undue delay.
International charges
For deliveries outside the EU, destination-country import taxes, duties or clearance charges may apply. Before you accept, we explain whether you must pay these charges and provide their amount, or explain that they cannot reasonably be calculated in advance. Any charges we collect appear in the agreed total. We do not treat intra-EU delivery as automatically subject to import duties.
We confirm that a proposed shipment can be made before accepting the order. We handle the export paperwork for our shipment and may ask for information required for delivery or customs clearance.
Safe delivery and damaged parcels
We pack artworks for the agreed shipping method. For consumer shipments arranged by us, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the artwork. A different statutory rule may apply if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
If a parcel is damaged or an artwork is missing, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Photographs of the packaging and artwork help us make a carrier claim. Taking photographs, keeping packaging or notifying the carrier immediately is not a condition of your statutory rights against LimeDeck.
Please give us an accurate delivery address and tell us promptly about changes. If delivery fails, we contact you to agree on the next steps. Any additional charge for redelivery must be lawful and agreed. An unsuccessful delivery does not automatically forfeit the purchase price.
Returns, withdrawal and remedies for defects are explained in the refunds and returns policy.
